While we require Advertisers to verify their ABN registration and public liability insurance, which we review prior to adding the Advertiser to the website, at no time are we responsible for any acts or omissions of any Advertiser, including the acts or omissions of any employee, independent contractor or company director of an Advertiser. You need to do your due diligence and make your own enquiries to determine if the service provider has the skill and experience and is suitable for your purposes and personal situation.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
